Venice Coastal Zone ADU

It is not easy or straightforward to permit an ADU in the Venice Neighborhood (within City of LA but its own special neighborhood plan) and also in the California Coastal Zone, but with the correct drawings, understanding how to navigate the municipal code, Coastal Commission, and Venice neighborhood public hearings, it is totally possible! This was a conversion of an existing detached garage to a new Accessible Dwelling Unit.
